Se curata fiatul,se spala si se lasa la scurs de apa(eventual se tapeaza cu un servetel de bucatarie).
Se condimenteaza cu sare,piper dupa care eu l-am pus intr-o punga de plastic cu faina si l-am dat prin faina mai usor.

Se bat 2-3-4 oua in functie de cantitatea de ficat,dupa care il dam prin ou batu si cu putin condiment in el .

Se infierbanteaza bine ulei si se pune la prajit ,se da focul mai mic ca sa se poate praji bine ficatul in interior si se mai inteapa cu o furculita inaninte de al intoarce .

Se intorace din cind in cind de pe o parte pe alta de 2-3 ori si il tot intepam intre timp un pic ca sa se faca bine dar asta la un foc medium.

Cind e gata se scoate pe un servetel sa se scurga si se poate servi cu cartofi prajiti/natur/salata sau cu mujdei de usturoi.
